Therapeutic Services

Our psychologists use interventions from a range of treatment modalities, including but not limited to, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT) frameworks. Principles from Interpersonal Neurobiology, in addition to having an in-depth understanding of early development and attachment needs are also important elements that our psychologists have when working with people in any age group. All interventions are trauma-informed.

Most importantly, at the forefront of our psychologists' work is appreciating and honouring the essence that we are all human beings that can't be reduced to anything less of all that we are.
